For anyone dealing with afni I wanted go share my experience. I had a small bill from direct tv for 147. I paid directly to direct tv then had an online chat conversation two days later. I repeatedly asked for reassurance that it would be deleted from my credit report. I then sent a follow-up email to afni to confirm and included screen shots of the conversation. I got an email from afni today saying it will be deleted.
