Me too! The recovery e-mail is not working. I need something or someone more substancial. Regardless I have been sending them the same PFD e-mail everyday for the last two weeks! They are going to HATE me by the time I get a PFD agreement!

I have looked all over the boards and I have yet to see anyone get a  PFD but if you PIF and turn right around and GW them they will delete and will send you a letter confirming.  Had 3 on my CR , PIF all 3 and sent GW for all 3 and they deleted. They just want thier full amount of funds.

i went the BBB route. Deleted within a week.

When you say you went to BB route, are you contact the BBB, or contact the CA and mentioning the BBB?
