I recently had Afni delete my collection for a cell phone bill. It was mine & I knew it. BUT i sent them a email disputing the total charges because the cell provider appeared to have added more to the total beyond when I actually had service. I wasn't really sure if this, but i took a chance. Told them find the records that I had service open long enough to get to that total or delete and so on. They emailed back & said they're investigating & would get back to me. Week went by, never heard anything. Happened to go to my reports to find it deleted from all 3 reports!
