I know this is late but jigsaw.com has alot of contact listings for AFNI, Inc.

Yes and they verified and validated. I was hoping that when I DV'd they would not be able to verify and delete but unfortunately they sent me my old bill. Sure enough it was mine but  at the top of the bill pages there are dates of 1/06, 2/06, and 3/06 made me curious did this mean Jan 2006, etc. or Jan 6th? I don't remember the actual year I had service, so I may send copies to CRA's and let them determine but undecided on that, nothing I want to borrow between now and March. I just like the rush of upward movement for now. Anywhoos, Happy Voting.

they verified mine too, both from verizon, the same service. just keep trying to PFD and you'll probably prevail like I did. good luck!

I had 2 Afni accounts, they ignored my PFD's , phone calls stated they would not remove so I took a gamble and just paid the accounts.
I sent a request to remove, i received a letter back staying they would remove it next cycle and they did it right away.
I have read some other threads that state they experienced the circumstances..
