AFNI

 I just received a settlement offer from AFNI.  The thing is it is for a debt that is over 7 years old, both the OC and AFNI were on my credit report but aged off in 2011 before I started my credit repair.  Now AFNI is contacting me about this same account, can they do this?  Can they put it back on my credit report?

From DOFD to now, if it is more than 7 years, then they cannot report. However, they can still collect regardless of the reporting.
