I know this thread is a little old but may I ask what phone number you contacted for Credit Vision? They recently posted a new collection account on my credit report that I don't recognize. I sent them a DV letter yesterday and I also tried to call them on the number listed on my CR but it's been disconnected. I checked my state to see if they're licensed in Washington state and they're not. I've also disputed with Transunion since that's the only CRA that's reporting.
Your feedback/suggestions would be appreciated. I have a feeling my DV will be sent back as undeliverable.
