AMEX DENIAL FOR STUPID REASON!!!!!

Seeing that I have 2 inquiries on my credit & I'm working hard on getting my score up I decided to apply for a AMEX Plum Card for my business & use my SS# as a PG. 2 minutes later I received an email with a link to the decision.... 

 

Information received from Experian Consumer Reporting Agency 

The factors provided by the consumer reporting agency that affected our decision are:

 

Use of credit counseling service

 

 

DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE TO ANYONE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Smiley Mad

Starting Scores: EQ 447 (01/02/2017), TU 476 (01/02/2017), EX 456 (01/02/2017)
Current Scores: FICO 08's as of 12/12/2019: EQ 584, TU 702, EX 631
Goal Scores: ABOVE 800 ALL 3
Current Cards: CapOne QS1 $500, Walmart SC $500, Discover It $750, Amazon Prime SC $900, CareCredit $2,000, NFCU CashRewards $10,000 and NOT APPING until 04/2020....

Since they have denied you credit based on your CR, you are entitled to a free copy of the CR they used in their determination.  Their denial lettter should have informed you of that right.  I would see what was reported.
