Need some advice please.

How do I get in good graces with AMEX after burning them in BK?

Ch 7 BK discharged 01/13

Any ideas?

Get credit with others, and rebuild a proven history of timely payment.

That will provide some factual history for them to reconsider your burn rate.

And of course, they'll also love it if you pay them back.

Nothing to pay back.... the prior debt was discharged.

Amex is a blacklister and for the most part if you burned them you cannot get another card.....unless you pay them the prior (yes, discharged) balance.

Either you pay Amex or fuggedaboutit.
