AMEX of BOA Goodwill sucess???

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with AMEX or BOA deleting accurate information.

I have an old AMEX account that I pif'd a few years ago reporting as a paid charge off.

I have a BOA CC that I settled for less than amount owed a few years ago.  They are reporting legally paid for less than amount owed.

Anyone have any luck in similar situations?

BOA is usually willing to do it.. however, Amex can be a pain.

I also, have a BOA card that is closed and will be paid off in about two to three months.  Do you have the address where I need to send GW Letter because I recently tried to send one but had no luck and I know that they have several different addresses?  Also, do you have a sample format of the GW letter that was used for BOA?
