MyFICO, and Capone credit tracker.  No alert was given on CK.

The exclusion period for a BK varies depending upon the type (7 or 10 years).

Thus, providing that information to the CRA can be justified as a requrement under FCRA 623(a)(2).

I see no basis for a dispute asserting that their reporting is either inaccurate or incomplete. 

To the contrary, update makes their reporting more complete.

If not for the scorng implication, then no dispute would likely even be contemplated.

Scoring implication of updating their reporting is not basis for a dispute.

Robert I agree with your assessment. My only issue is the update date.  Its not my fault they chose to update a record from IIB to IIB Chapr 7 almost two years after the fact that is has been documented.  This should have been initially documented and I dont think I should be penalized for it..
