has anybody had any good luck with sending good will letters to Verizon? if so please send a copy of your letter for me to use thanks. i have tried a couple of times and have had no luck.

Thanks, but do i have to include all of the addresses that i want planet feedback to send the letters or do they have some type of lists of general addresses for companies.
I sent an email to the Verizon CEO, got a subsequent denial from one of his minions. Then recently sent out a paper letter to the local Verizon center....hoping for some sort of luck. So....nothing for me yet. I have had luck with other companies but Verizon is picky.
Should I try the Planet Feedback thing? It costs money, right?
You just write the letter...they have all the info on where it goes. Others have already done it with success.
Actually, no it doesn't cost anything. I guess they have an option that you can pay for them to send actual paper mail to the CEO's.
On the site, you can also choose whether or not to make your posting public. Or you can make it private so only the company sees it.
