ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THRIFT INVESTMENT OR PAYLIANCE..GOODWILL?

I cant seem to find anything on these forums or google on thrift investment . Payliance I have found some.

 

Anyone have any luck or experience with good wills with them

 

Thrift was an auto loan that was paid in full but had 2- 30 day lates and payliance  , I have no clue what it was but it shows a $33 balance as paid and closed.

 

Looking for any help as Im trying to clean my moms credit.
