I entered a BBB complaint a few weeks ago stating that husband was part of their "clear your credit program" and after settling and paying in 2010 the trade lines have yet to be removed. I received notification today that the complaint had been responded to and received a letter from Credit Control stating that they can not find proof that we were part of the clear your credit program but as a courtesy they would be removing the trades lines between 30 to 60 days - they only report to Transunion and Experian so there you gooooo!!!
