I currently have a dispute with ATT/Southwest Credit system regarding a Collection for $1180.00. Its not mine and I disputed it when it was with another collection agency in florida and it was removed but now southwest has it and the last time i disputed it, the account came back updated. I am 100% certain that I was never going to pay it but now I am planning on getting a mortgage and its dragging my scores down almost 100 points. My hands are tied and if i do pay this i want to be certain that it is removed from my reports before I apply for the mortgage.
