After 6 months I finally have gotten a AT&T collection removed.
Originally called at&t and settled the account directly with them for deletion. I paid them same day and after sporadic calls over the last 6 months finally talked to someone that cared about my problem. The person I spoke with yesterday called NRS with me on the line and found that at&t did not tell them that the account was being recalled. The at&t rep told them it was recalled and should be deleted and NRS said it will be removed within 10 days
Major victory for me, just a few more to go.
