Why does LNVN show under the installment loan section on my credit report instead of collections?

They shouldn't be. It should be under collections. If they are reporting you have an installment loan with them that is a violation.

The are def report under Installment Accounts: Accounts comprised of fixed terms with regular payments this is from TU. I will have to check EQ and EX but I'm almost positive they are also reporting they same way as well as midland.

On EQ they are reporting under
Other Accounts
These are all accounts that do not fall into the other categories and can include 30-day accounts such as American Express.
Could this be causing my FICO of 500 to be crushed on EQ compared to my TU 658?
Thanks for you help.

Its hard to say. That is 158 point difference. There has to be something else on EQ that isn't on TU or vice versa.

Ok how should I go about getting them to report under the collection section and not installment?
Thanks again for the time you are taking to answer my questions.

It also depends on where you pulled your CR from. Some places don't have everything accurate and that could be the problem. I'd make sure of that first. Secondly, they could be listed as a factoring company and thrown themselves into the OC category.
