Accelerated Financial and the BBB

After several unsuccessful attempts to have an item validated, I contacted the BBB.  I received a response from the CA the other day.  They stated that they have asked the OC for supporting documentation regarding my account.  They also stated in the letter that they were going to request the CRA to remove the trade line and they will cease all activity on the account while they investigate?

 

How long does it take for the CRA to remove this item?  I contacted them and was going to fax the letter, but they said that they have to hear from the CA electronically before they will act upon it.  Is this correct?  What should my next steps be?

It can take some time for them to update the information, however I bet it won't take long since there's a formal complaint.
