I've been lucky, I had a smooth sailing in my Chapter 7 that was discharged in Septemeber 2013. All accounts reflect IIB EXCEPT I just discovered that HSBC (which sold it off) shows as Discharge.
Disputed with Equifax - Not Liable for account and notated it is iib. They came back and verified it as Chargeoff. UGH Equifax said I disputed it the wrong way and they opened a new dispute.
I also opened a dispute with TransUnion. I am hoping theyll just delete them.
So Equifax Call center are in Call India huh? great, just something about our credit call center & Credit cards call centers being overseas. Nice people and thorough but still.
Anyone have experience with Chargoff being reported instead of IIB? I mean seriously Equifax, 20 accounts listed as IIB DUH!
