Account activity alert?EQ

 I was alerted by EQ today.  The alert said- An account that has be inactive for more than 7 months has become recently active.

This makes no sense. It's my Walmart account which I use monthly. I've also gotten several CLI for it.  What's going on? EQ is messed up if it says the account has been unactive for 7 months.

Yes.  They same similar stuff to me.  Like account balances are too high to credit limits.  Which is 100% not true.  And then they say I have no activity when I pif.  Weird bunch over there!

It makes absolutely no sense. EQ has even updated the account every month.  So for it to then say it's been unactive 7 months is really weird.  I don't get it.
