Hello, I have been disputing an AT&T charge with EOS CCA, but I just received a letter in the mail from Enhanced Recovery Company for the same amount.
Is it normal practice for these agencies to get accounts from each other?
Does it happen after a certaion amount of time, for instance, if EOS has it for 6 months and can't collect, would it go to ERC?
This sucks becuase I have started talks with exec's at EOS, and now I fear they gave my account to ERC, where I have no contacts
