Accounts STILL showing as charge off!!!

Hello and Happy Holidays!!!

need some advice.....have a bk from 12/2010...have been rebuilding credit, and from the information I've gathered throughout the boards, all accounts that I've included in my BK should show IIB on my credit report...Here's the issue, 2 accounts that I did include keep reporting as charge off, with a zero balance, and keep coming back verified by the OC....I've been disputing for a long time, but now i don't know what else to do! any advice???

If they were charged off prior to bk, they can still report as charge offs. As long as they've updated to show $0/iib, there is nothing you can do.

Once the BK was filed, they can no longer report late payments. If they do they are violating the BK stay.
