I've been keeping track of my accounts and how they're listed on my credit report since my 341 meeting and was wondering. I have two accounts showing IIB but they're also reporting as late. My AMEX in showing 30 days late as it reached the 30 day late period right before I filed for BK. Then, the Zales card is reporting IIB and 61-90 days late when it was only 38 days late when I filed for BK. I'm guessing they can nail me on being 30 days late during the actual month that the bankruptcy was filed, but can they continue to tack time onto it? If not, is that something that will change when the BK is finally discharged in October or will I need to dispute it?
