I would suggest submitting a change of address through USPS which may take longer to get to them. Or write to each bureau and give them your new address and dispute outdated addresses.
OP, if you have any open creditors, make sure these have your correct address. I moved last year and never contacted the CRAs. The creditors changed the address automatically for me.
