Address or email for Discount Advance pay day loan

I have been trying to find an address for discount advance payday loan with out success.  I have Professional Debt Mediation hounding me for this account, but they will not validate or give me any information on it.  I would like to contact the OC and settle this and have PDM removed from my credit report.  Professional Debt Mediation is very nasty and they continue to call and hang up on me at work and home.

On the day that PDM first contacted you, that was an intial communiction with you under FDCPA 809(a). 

That triggered two things.

First, their obligtion under FDCPA 809(b) to send you a written collection (dunning) notice within 5-days of that initial communication.  Did they do that?

Second, it afforded you the right, with or without dunning notice, to DV them under FDCPA 809(b).  At the very least, sending them a DV letter will block their ability to continue any active collection activities until such time as they choose to provide validation.  They can choose not to validate, but pay the price of not being able to continue any collection activities with you until they do so.

DV them, ASAP!

Then worry about the OC.

Yes, I did send a DV to them and they have not sent any validation back.  The website for the OC only has a phone number or you can long into an account if you have one set up.  When you call them they will not give you an address to send written correspondence.

Only the CA (Professional Debt Mediation) is showing up on my report, the OC is not showing up on my CR.

Send them a DV.  Also send them a note that they are to only contact you in writing from now on.

ETA: Send it CMRRR.  (Feel free to do both in the same envelope).  Since they are not giving you an address for correspondence, send it to the address listed on your credit report.  If there's no address on your credit report, request it from the CRAs.
