Good to know! I have 1 Cap One and 1 HSBC. Do I go through same EO for HSBC now? Mine's are due to fall off April and July of 2016. I'll start begging six months prior. Haha!

Every little bit counts lol. Not sure about whether it's the same number for HSBC. But my rep was a previous HSBC worker. She made comments about the system still being unfamiliar to her... I think it would be a good place to start
