Advice in Disputing 5 closed accounts

My  GFs Credit is 607 FIKO score 

There are 5 accounts that say $0 balance paid, and Status is OK! wether they were paid or still owed. They were closed out but balance is $0 are these type of accounts the type i can DISPUTE to be taken off my credit report. 

IF they are disputable... and they happen to be taken of my credit report. How much do you think my Credit Score will jump? by these 5 accounts alone.

I have 13 Total accounts

8 Derogatory and 5 open accounts.

I owe total of 14,520 IN debt.

If they're not showing derogatory information, then why would you want them deleted? They're positive accounts. You want the positive stuff reporting.
