Re: Advice on a possible PFD?

Can you pay?  I'd start with a PFD if you can.

Starting Score: 504
July 2013 score:
EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013
Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+
Take the myFICO Fitness Challenge

Current scores after adding $81K in CLs and 2 new cars since July 2013
EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

Not sure if I can pay, was hoping maybe someone had some insight or one of the guru's had an idea.

Re: Advice on a possible PFD?

Has your states SOL expired?  If so, offer them a settlement for deletion.  They may not bite but worth the try.

Re: Advice on a possible PFD?

I do believe they have.. From what I have read Nevada has SOL of 4 years and my first DoFD was 05/2009 and if I understand SOL right, I am outside of it now correct?

Re: Advice on a possible PFD?

Also is it best to send a letter with CMRRR, try and email, or to call them? Thanks

Re: Advice on a possible PFD?

If the DoFD was 5/2009, yes, it expired 5/2013.

I would write them a letter asking to settle for a deletion.  I would not personally send it CMRRR, looks to demanding and a PFD is a type of GW.
