Advice with getting a collection removed from Transunion

I don't know what to do.... Equifax removed it without even trying, then I polietely called experian with my police report and they removed it, and I just recently disputed again with transunion and they still refuse.... something doesnt seem right..

I'm guessing with a police report that this is a case of identity theft?  If so, I think RobertEG stated the other day that there is a thread on the forums that addresses how to handle this.  Do a search of the forums  for identity theft and it should come up...or hopefully RobertEG will chime in soon
