Advise regarding credit

Good afternoon all,

I am in my late 20s and I have some questions on ways to re build my credit score.

When I was in college I didn't pay my credit cards (3 CCs) for about 6 months and as a result they were cancelled.

I pay the lum sum to my bank (BOA) and but was not able to obtain another CC.

Currently, I have around 7k in student loans, i have a stable job wich pays around 35k annually.

I have a cash rewards cc from BOA ($500 CL), a Capital One cc ($250 cc), and a Credit One Bank cc (CL $500).

All cards are in good standing and not maxed out.

I wonder if anyone could help me restructure my credit (600).

Sould I write to all credit bureus?

I thank you for your time and comments

Re: Advise regarding credit

Thank you for the prompt response.

I was sent to collections by BOA for my 3 defaulted CCs. I paied in full 6 months after.

Also, my students loans, I failed to stay up to date plus I wasn't able to make my payments, so then collections agency began to contact me.

Currently, I am in good standing and paying my loans, but my credit is very poor.

Thanks for everything

How long ago were these negatives?

Also you might want to take discussion to rebuilding your credit forum.

Re: Advise regarding credit

The CCs defaults were in early 2008.

The 3 students loans were defaulted in the last 2 years but I never received any written information until the collection agencies began calling.

Thanks for all.

Good afternoon all,

I am in my late 20s and I have some questions on ways to re build my credit score.

When I was in college I didn't pay my credit cards (3 CCs) early in 2008 and after 6 months I paid them in full however those CCs were cancelled.

I pay the lum sum to my bank (BOA) and but was not able to obtain another CC.

Currently, I have around 7k in student loans, however I was referred to 3 collections agencies (3 different loans) as I was not able to make any payments at that time.

As of now, I have a stable job wich pays around 35k annually.

I have a cash rewards cc from BOA ($500 CL), a Capital One cc ($250 CL), and a Credit One Bank cc (CL $500).

All cards are in good standing and not maxed out.

I wonder if anyone could help me restructure my credit (600).

I thank you for your time and comments
