Anyone have luck on a Pfd with them? This is the only collection that I have that has not been paid I owe 270.00. I just called and asked for a Pfd and was told no. Ugh!

When you "just call," you are talking to a clerk.  They parrot the general company policy, and dont have authority to grant exceptions.

I suggest you get the name of someone in the management chain who has authority to act or to grant an exception from their normal policy.
