Can you please PM me the contact as well.  I have tried several PFD attempts over email and they reply the same verbage "we don't trade payments for deletions"...  Argh.....  Just want them off my reports, last baddie....  thanks.

Well I called but was not as lucky. They would only agree to report a 0 balance on account if I paid. So guess I'm sending payment and then good will letters hopefully they will do the trick.

Don't!!  Keep asking for supervisors until you get one that helps.  Try calling on different days.  AFNI is too easy to give up on.

John is right, don't settle yet. keep calling actually I had to hang up on the first lady I spoke with and call back and it was removed after being told they do not delete. I think its a hit or miss.

I PIF my account a few years ago and just sent a GW letter to the address on my CR. I'm wondering if I should wait it out or start calling them. Anyone have luck with them deleting a previously PIF acct?

I was able to GW after a PIF an AFNI account (that wasn't mine) by contacting the customer service email on their website.

It took a couple of days.
