Can you please PM me the contact as well. I have tried several PFD attempts over email and they reply the same verbage "we don't trade payments for deletions"... Argh..... Just want them off my reports, last baddie.... thanks.

Well I called but was not as lucky. They would only agree to report a 0 balance on account if I paid. So guess I'm sending payment and then good will letters hopefully they will do the trick.
Don't!! Keep asking for supervisors until you get one that helps. Try calling on different days. AFNI is too easy to give up on.

I was able to GW after a PIF an AFNI account (that wasn't mine) by contacting the customer service email on their website.
It took a couple of days.
