after 10 years when the bankrupcty is gone will a mortgage lender still see this in my file or will it be gone for good?

They potentially *can* see it, if they pull whats referred to as a "Full Factual Report" - but the likelyhood of that occurring is VERY, VERY small.

"Can" they see it? - yes. "Will" they see it? almost certainly not.

Highly unlikely it would even be retained on file, the CRAs pretty much purge anything that is at the 10 year mark from their systems including neg items. Is a very small chance it would somehow still be able to be found on your CR but it is a PR and anyone running a PR search will find it, it can be called up on Pacer as well.
