My last baddie on equifax finally fell off today, paid tax lien from 8/1/2007. On report for 9 years and 11 months. I tried every which way for early exclusion but no dice.
Only gained 13 points, but was rebucketed I am sure. But it sure feels good.
Please take the advice I have to offer, have your taxes done by a professional. I did my own, and found out 3 years later that there was an error, that ultimately cost me 7400 dollars which took me forever to pay off, and caused the lien to be applied when I requested payment arrangements.
I am so happy it finally came off, Yeah!!!
