I recently paid all but 1 of my credit accounts in full and am now reporting 16% overall utl.
Experian removed 2 out of 3 collections (6 1/2 yrs old) yesterday & Transunion did as well, but I haven't gotten an updated score from them or Equifax regarding my balance decrease on the last card I paid off, so I'm not sure what my final mid score will be yet.
So happy, though! Need at least 19 points more from Equifax or 17 from TU. Should know by the end of this week!!
(Applying for fha/mshda)
Congrats! Sometimes Equifax takes a while to report. For me Equifax is always dragging behind the rest of my scores.
Congrats!
Congratulations!!!! Noticed slowness with Equifax as well
Congrats!
Isn't it a wonderful feeling? Congrats!!
I see that you stated that you are applying for an FHA? I am wondering, why do not just wait and continue to work on your credit and obtain a higher score? I tend to forget, with FHA is it just one interest rate for everyone that qualifies or do they have different levels?
But congrats on the success you have so far!
