I have a paid closed account from Alliance one for a ticket for $86 back in 2007. I called the company and they said they do not do goodwill removal. But can mail me a receipt document showing its paid in full and advised me to contact the reporting agency to delete the collection. Is this normal? I never thought of asking the credit agency. thank you in advance!
