I contacted Ally yesterday regarding a car note that I had back in 2010 that I traided in. It was repo for 1 night and i picked up the car the next day and continued paying the monthly payment. It was late about 8 times during the course of the loan and its listed on my credit report as a repo. I contacted them yesterday by phone and they said they would remove the repo but will not remove the latenesses. Is there anything else I can do to persuade them to remove the lates?
