Am I due for a Capital one Secured CLI?

I noticed when cleaning out my desk, I found the offer for my current Capital One Secured Card, which states:

"Get access to a higher credit line after making your first 5 monthly payments on time with no additional deposit needed"

So I logged into my Capital one and clicked on payment history. The payment I just made this morning WILL BE my 5th monthly payment.

So here is what I want to know.

1. Is the CLI a given, or must one meet score requirments?

2. Is the CLI a pre-set ammount, or does it vary?

3. Is it automatic, or must one call in and ask?

BTW in case anyone asks, I have always paid my bill in full and on time.

Credit Card companies have a name for those who pay their bill in full each month: Deadbeats

It's called Credit Steps.  It will come automatically, usually right when the sixth statement cuts.  The amount is usually set a couple weeks ahead of time.  What is your limit now?
