Has anybody had success removing lates on Amazon store card through synchrony bank? I had two recent 30 days past due. Other than that all payments on time. Tried twice so far to no avail.

Email the EO, generally they are very helpful, they even deleted my entire CO tradeline!

What is the best way to contact Sync/Amazon and attempt PFD? I have bad accounts to resolve and this is one of them.

If they were willing to do all of that for you, then it is a no brainer who to.contact lol!
