American Express Goodwill Contact Information (Help please)

I paid my agreed payment with American Express earlier than I initially scheduled. 
I would like to know if anyone here can help me with address where to send a goodwill letter. 

Is there a chance of rejoining them? while in the program, Amex suspended/cancelled my account. 

It is the only card that reported negatively in my CRs. Sadly, once the "late" payment reports hits my CRs all other creditors started sending me letter stating "most recently information etc,." from my CR made them decide to lower my CREDIT LIMITS.
