Amex Softing Me Twice A Month?

I had an Amex card about 9 years ago that was charged off.  I noticed though when I pulled my free annual experian credit report (As opposed to the reports on here which dont show softs) that Amex has been softing me twice a month. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know what the deal is? Should I be concerned aboutt his excessive softing?

Re: Amex Softing Me Twice A Month?

Amex would like to get their money.

Is there any way you could/would contact them and make payments on the charge off?   Amex would appreciate it and you would probably feel better.  Amex would probably stop doing "soft" hits so often.

Re: Amex Softing Me Twice A Month?

Amex hits me 1-2 times a month regularly and I haven't been with them in years. I also never had a late payment or CO with them... go figure.
