Amex???

Hi I am wondering is there a time frame a company has to report you paid off balance..  I paid my amex in full a month and a half ago and it is still reporting as outstanding balance. When are they going to fix this???

Generally 30 days.. however Amex is VERY slow to report.. could take up to 90.
