For me they have been easy! i sent them a DV letter. A few weeks later I got a letter from them that stated they have closed the account and returned it back to OC. Also stated they are deleting from all CRA's. I never asked them to do that. I believe the debt is valid I am just trying to figure out what it is for. I hoping to pay the OC before another CA picks it up!!
