An A.S.S Loan.. (Alliant Secured Share Loan) Issues with the longer terms?

Has anyone recently obtained an A.S.S Loan from Aliant... =)

Have they had problems getting the longer terms?

Thinking of doing this when my local CU's one year note runs out....

(since i still do not have an installment loan other than that)

Yes you can receive up to five years on the loan but some loan officers try to set them up for shorter months, here is a thread which explains how it works. http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Understanding-FICO-Scoring/Adding-an-installment-loan-the-Share-Secu...
