how did you tie salute to ftc ruling? i didnt see them in there.

I mentioned the fact that one of the OC TLs was reporting as "Salute/CompuCredit" and included copies of the relevant pages from my CR. That, and probably the fact that the SOL had expired on the debt, played big factors in the process I'm sure. PM me if you would like a copy of the letter I sent to them if you think it might help.

mine just says salute and the oc hasnt been on my reoprt for awhile it is the ca im dealing with. i just sent a nice catch 22 dv letter to them so ill just wait and see.Smiley Happy sol is expired on mine as well. i am using the ruling for contenental finance though.
