Another 30day late bites the dust!

Just pulled TU and a 30 day late has aged off of an account yay!  It wasn't "supposed to" until June so I'm excited...even if it was old.

So the lates should age off after the SOL as well? Is that the same for student loans? Majority of the derogatory information remaining on my reports are SL lates from 2006, 2007 and 2008, I think some of them should have been removed by now. Do I contact the bureaus to have them removed on the OC?

Not SOL, but CRTP. The individual lates must disappear by 7 years from the late. Major baddies like COs and CAs must age off 7 to 7.5 years from the DOFD.

Thank you...that means the 2006 lates should be removed this year, gives me something to look forward to.
