Thank you so much, MyFico boards! Using the tools provided here, I was able to get LVNV Funding to agree to remove an account from my Credit Reports. Until I read this board, I did not realize I had any recourse at all dealing with Collection Agencies, and this one really baffled me, as it came out of nowhere! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart- I think we'll be able to refinance now, finally!

How did you get them to delete? I have disputed on wifes report and came back as verified and accurate. What next?
