The Tradlines  have already been removed from EX, EQ, and as always TU is a little behind the gun but should be removed soon.  I saw a 50+ point gain in my EQ FAKO on USAA CMS,  EX and TU had stopped counting LVNV as I had also filed a complaint with the CRA's, only EQ still counted it.  I am so glad I found this site, or I wouldn't have known what to do.  Still trying to get a GW for Miramed, but not sure who mail, email, call, or pester :smileyvery-happy:  I wish everyone luck in their endeavors.  Just so you know I didn't use anything special in my complaint.  I just stated they were claiming to be a factoring company when in fact they are a Junk Debt Buyer.  The fact they had sent no prior communication.  Again thanks to everyone here.

Thanks.  That they listing themselves as a factoring company, when they are a JDB.  No prior notice before reporting to the CRA's.  Not a validated debt.  I pretty much followed what others have done before me.

Re: Another LVNV success

I filed a complaint on the 17th, haven't heard anything. I also went the "factoring company" route. Hopefully I'll hear from them soon.

Re: Another LVNV success

Could you help me with that?  or send me a link?  I have LVNV listed twice as factoring company on my credit report and would like them removed as well.  Thanks!
