I just pulled my 3B report today, and my mid mortgage score is 686, far above what it was three months ago (637 I think). This will allow me to formally start the loan process which I've already gotten a verbal preapproval for. It's for a new construction condo I'll be purchasing next year. I think this will allow me to lock in an interest rate this year, and the builder will be glad to know, although we've already signed the pre-purchase agreement and I've put down a deposit.
I've had a couple good improvements over the last three months, including the deletion of two negatives on all three reports, and three on Experian.
The mortgage process is far from over, but I never thought I'd get this far, ever.
