Doing a PFD/Settlement on a judgement. Offered 25% today and waiting to hear back. Was advised I would hear something within 24 hours via phone and once all parties agree would get the settlement in writing via snail mail. Fingers crossed!

Anything left over will go toward settlement offers on one medical (not reporting) turned in care lease (not reporting) and lvnv (reporting).
I need to fax over NFCU my supporting membership documents to verify myself.
Hey fishbjc, on the NFCU account, I'm a new member and I've never had to "verify". Does everyone have to do that ? What does that entail exactly ? How soon after you became a member did you have to do that?

This week started off great.. So I'm going to fight the temptation of pulling scores until 2/2, send out Dv to pinnacle. Figure out what the heck to do when Oc is reporting as charge off under accounts with balance still being considered in my utilization (allied bank) any suggestions?? Ive only got 3 baddies left 2 I listed 1 I sent dv to on 12/31 (asset acceptance) so if no response by 2/2 ill file complaint with bbb and FTC see if that stirs anything up for them ...
